The Inn at I’On was excellent. The staff, Amy and David, were so responsive and went above and beyond in accommodating our stay due to health conditions. They were so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, plus some! The property itself is so quaint, very clean, and well taken care of. The daily free breakfast was amazing. It is also very convenient to restaurants, attractions, and Charleston in general. Definitely a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, modern suite with kitchenette was just the right size to stretch out and relax. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size, with comfy bathrobes. Dining table and couch provided options for hanging out. Breakfast from the attached restaurant can be delivered as an option. Staff was responsive and helpful. Room was very clean. Pub located conveniently across the street. The surrounding I'On neighborhood is walkable with very nice homes.

The inn was just what I had invisioned for celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The ion neighborhood was so quiet and charming! I was in love with our room and the wonderful robes provided, the in room coffee maker (keurig!), and the location of the hotel. Also, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal and we savored it outside ! What a wonderful and romantic getaway we had! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

It was very convenient to order breakfast the night before, and pick it up in the morning in a to-go bag. That gave us the option of eating in our room or in the dining area. The manager was friendly and helpful, talking us through late check in, and the housekeeping staff helped us out with water, orange juice, extra towels, etc. Thanks Amy!
